Penny Young has owned and operated her
portrait studio in Rock Hill, South Carolina for eighteen years.
She trained under the tutalage of Cindi Crews,
an award winning photographer, in South Boston, Virginia for
five years. Upon coming to Rock Hill she realized that she had
something to give to the community. Her photography business
was started with a passion to capture personalities through
the lens of the camera.
At Photographic Designs we stay ahead
of the rest with our creativity and new ideas. We strive to
make your photography session at our studio a very pleasant
